1 General Terms & Conditions

Ga999 (bundles: ga999.ws) is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and casino platform. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between ga999 and its members.

All ga999 services are for personal entertainment purposes only. ga999 may not be used for any professional or commercial purpose. ga999 reserves the right to modify the scope, rules, or offers of its services at any time and for any reason.

2 Account Registration

To register at ga999, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method, all accounts will be closed.
• The name, mobile number, email address, and date of birth provided at registration must be completely accurate.
• If you register with false or incorrect information, ga999 reserves the right to close your account and forfeit your balance at any time.
• A copy of your National ID card or passport may be requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

Password & Security

Account security is solely the member's responsibility. Use a strong password and never share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team immediately.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
• Deposits must be made from a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• After a successful deposit, your account balance is typically updated within 5–15 minutes.
• There are no hidden charges on deposits. However, your mobile banking operator's own fees may apply.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1000
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted.
• Ga999 may temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of unusual or suspicious transactions.
• Bonus balance and real balance are separate. Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

• New members can receive a Welcome Bonus of up to 100% on their first deposit.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is generally between 5x and 10x.
• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.

General Bonus Terms

• If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement after claiming a bonus offer, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Ga999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• For free bet bonuses, only the net winnings are eligible for withdrawal — the original stake is not.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on ga999:

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless ga999 grants an exception for a specific reason.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ga999 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Maximum betting limits vary by sport and market, and ga999 reserves the right to change them at any time.

Live Betting

• Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• Ga999 is not responsible for bets voided due to loss of internet connection.
• If a match is suspended or cancelled before it begins, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.

Result Determination

• All bet results will be determined in accordance with the official results of the relevant sports governing bodies.
• In the event of any dispute, ga999's decision shall be considered final.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ga999 and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Abusing or fraudulently exploiting the bonus system
• Using or allowing others to use your account
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
• Participating in match fixing or any form of illegal activity
• Placing bets using manual or automated bots
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on the platform
• Using ga999 for money laundering purposes
• Harassing other members or staff

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Ga999 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violations of Terms & Conditions
• If registration with false or inaccurate information is confirmed
• Failing to complete KYC verification or submitting fraudulent documents
• If suspicious financial activity is detected
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion)

Members can also request account closure at any time through the support team. Any verified balance (excluding bonuses) can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8 Privacy & Data Protection
